1. Acceptance of these Terms
By installing, authorizing, accessing, or using 10PipsTrade_Bot (the “Bot”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot and remove it from your Discord server.
2. Description of the Service
The Bot may publish automated market updates, economic-calendar information, news summaries, analytical commentary, images, alerts, and other related content. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.
3. Financial and Trading Disclaimer
All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided by the Bot is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Markets involve risk, and information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or generated automatically. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should independently verify information before acting on it.
4. Eligibility and Discord Rules
You must be legally permitted to use Discord and the Bot. Your use of the Bot must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Bot to:
- violate any law, regulation, third-party right, or Discord policy;
- harass, abuse, defraud, impersonate, or mislead others;
- interfere with, overload, probe, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Bot or its infrastructure;
- circumvent access controls, rate limits, security measures, or permissions;
- redistribute Bot content in a deceptive manner or falsely claim it as guaranteed financial advice.
6. Permissions and Server Administration
Server administrators are responsible for granting only the permissions required for the Bot’s features. Administrators may remove the Bot at any time through Discord. Some features may not function when required permissions are unavailable.
7. Third-Party Services and Content
The Bot relies on Discord and may use third-party infrastructure, market-data sources, news sources, automation services, hosting providers, or artificial-intelligence services. Third-party services have their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, accuracy, or conduct.
8. Intellectual Property
The Bot’s software, branding, original designs, and original content are owned by or licensed to Arkan Studio. Third-party names, trademarks, data, and content remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.
9. Availability and Changes
The Bot is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, compatibility, or error-free results.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Bot when reasonably necessary to protect users, Discord, the Bot, or third parties; to respond to abuse or security issues; or to comply with law or platform requirements.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Bot and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arkan Studio and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or trading-related losses, including loss of profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Bot.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Bot after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any mandatory rights available under local consumer or data-protection law remain unaffected.
